Finding the right accommodation in Derbyshire

Derbyshire is a county in England. It has quite a few attractions to see including: Castleton, Bolsover Castle, Crich Tramway Museum, and Chatsworth House.

It’s famous for having some busy market towns, hills, villages, etc., as well as activities like fly fishing, pot holing, rock climbing, etc. But, you will need suitable accommodation if you are to enjoy everything that Derbyshire has to offer. This is in Ashbourne. It is on the outer edge of a farming village. You get a beautiful view of fields from here. Some of the nearby attractions include Calke Abbey, Kedleston Hall, Sudbury Hall, Tutbury Castle, and the Museum of Childhood.


This can be found in Brassington. It’s a fully furnished cottage with a cosy and peaceful atmosphere. Places like Alton Towers, Haddon Hill, Chatsworth House and Ashbourne are all near this cottage. Guests can enjoy activities like wind surfing, sailing, and fishing. Pets can also stay in these cottages. The accommodation also comes with a furnished dining room, utility room, and stone fireplace.

Barn cottage

This is situated near Birchover village in Derbyshire. Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed here. Each cottage can easily accommodate a couple of people. Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House are close by this village. The rooms are decently furnished. Shower room, electric hub, oven grill, duvet, parking, radio, DVD players, colour TV, etc., are all made available to guests.

Dawson’s Cottage

You’ll find this cottage in Youlgreave. It can accommodate 2 people. It is very spacious and well equipped. Some of the modern facilities you’ll find here include a TV, internet access, DVD player, microwave, and parking. There’s not much more you could want on a holiday is there?
